{"id":1053,"date":"2009-08-19T10:44:00","date_gmt":"2009-08-19T15:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.steelbuddha.net\/?p=1053"},"modified":"2013-03-28T17:56:18","modified_gmt":"2013-03-28T22:56:18","slug":"the-good-the-bad-etc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.steelbuddha.net\/?p=1053","title":{"rendered":"The good, the bad, etc."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My week in list form:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Closed the sold-out, critically acclaimed production of SWEENEY TODD by dying and going through the trap for some old friends who saw the show.<\/li>\n<li>Secured a stage combat teaching position with a local theater.<\/li>\n<li>Played some video games and board games and watched a little comedy in a relaxed manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some things at work that piss me off:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Huge full-color printouts marked up for text changes.<\/li>\n<li>When people think I am pissy about having to work hard, when really I am pissy that they think I am pissy about having to work hard.<\/li>\n<li>Being frustrated that I am not working with maximum efficiency, then being doubly frustrated because people think my frustration is over something else.<\/li>\n<li>The presumption that I will be upset by *any* request, using evidence that *one* request had done so in the past.<\/li>\n<li>The seeming conspiracy that makes all project managers leave you alone for days only to flood you with their requests all within the same hour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Basically, it comes down to &#8220;you don&#8217;t know me.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My week in list form: Closed the sold-out, critically acclaimed production of SWEENEY TODD by dying and going through the trap for some old friends who saw the show.
